Felt so touched when one of my friends, Xian made this dessert and left two bowls especially for me and SH!! I haven't eaten this dessert for a very long time I can't remember when was the last time I had it also. =( Should be at least 3 years, or more.... hhmmm....
I was out the whole day. After work, went over to Norfolk Park with my ex-coursemates for Sheffield Fayre, then went over to netto for groceries shopping, then lastly to 163 for Rachel's farewell. A tiring but meaningful day I say. :)
A combination of dried beancurd sheets, barley, gingko nuts makes good dessert! He added an egg for each of us for the extra 'kick' to the dessert. XD
