Dry Claypot Bah Kut Teh

Settled with a pot full of goodness in the morning.

We went to have the dry version of Bah Kut Teh version instead of the traditional soup type. =) I lurve this kinda BKT just as much as the traditional ones... hehehe.... We still get a bowl of soup each, but it's not as good as the one that comes with meat-larh of course...



When I saw the waiter brough each of us a (small) bowl of soup, I asked for some Yau Zar Gwai (油条/ Strips of fried dough)...



We need not to wait long for the main dish to be served coz it's not as havoc on a weekday compared to yesterday.




The flavour was very strong and the aroma that came out from the pot of goodness, was purely... good good good!! ho ho ho... The dry version of bah kut teh are added with some dried chillies, lady's finger, and dried cuttle fish.

My eldest nephew ordered another big portion of rice, and we finished the whole pot in no time...^^

These are the dried chilli that I've selected out to makan... hahaha.. Just kidding only!



Til then....

Will go and eat the soup type bah kut teh maybe tomorrow or the day after.... Yay!
